Position: Automotive Service Technician (310S)

Humberview Volkswagen is looking for an experienced
Licensed Technician to add to our high-performing service team in Etobicoke. Humberview Volkswagen is proud to be a member of The Humberview Group, representing 20 dealerships and 18 automotive brands.

Compensation:

For Licensed Technicians without VW experience: starting flat rate of $33 per hour.

For Licensed Technician with VW experience: starting flat rate of $36 per hour.

Plus an achievable production bonus.

What You’ll Do

Perform vehicle maintenance, repairs, and inspections efficiently and accurately.

Diagnose the source of any malfunctions and perform repair.

Identify root causes of vehicle malfunctions and complete repairs to manufacturer standards.

Confirm warranty eligibility before performing warranty repairs.

Communicate repair recommendations clearly with the service team

Examine vehicles to determine if additional safety or service work is required.

Perform road tests using safe driving standards.

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area

What We're Looking For

Valid Automotive Service Technician (310S) Certification.

3-5 years experience working in a licensed technician position.

Experience with the Volkswagen brand or German brands would be considered an asset.

Strong aptitude of technical/mechanical repairs.

Good time management skills.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Valid Driver’s License (Class G) with a clean driving record.

Able to work well with a team.

A desire to achieve the very best in customer service and teamwork.
