Experienced Superintendent

We seek a talented Construction Superintendent with proven field experience to manage high-value projects. This position requires collaboration with trade contractors while supervising Self-Perform Operations teams. Your background in complex infrastructure, safety program development, and compliance with Ontario regulations will ensure project excellence and a zero-harm culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all daily on-site construction activities

• Oversee subcontractor performance and logistics

• Enforce comprehensive safety protocols

• Ensure technical compliance with design specifications

• Measure and validate weekly production and work estimates

Requirements:

• 4+ years as a field supervisor in Canadian markets

• Experienced with ICI and mission-critical projects

• Knowledge of Lean Construction principles

• Familiar with Ontario Building Codes and MOL standards

• Bachelor's in Construction Management or related field
