Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare detailed labour and material cost estimates
• Analyze blueprints and project specifications
• Operate CADD software to streamline estimating
• Submit comprehensive estimate reports and bids
• Maintain a directory of supplies and trade contractors
Requirements:
• Background in construction cost estimation
• Strong skillset with CADD technologies
• Capability of conducting feasibility and cost studies
• Excellent organization and time management skills
• Open to candidates with or without Canadian work permits
