Position: Full-Time Construction Estimator

Located at 86 Guided Court, Unit 102, Etobicoke, ON, this full-time position involves preparing detailed cost estimates and economic feasibility studies for various projects. As a Construction Estimator, you will analyze tenders, recommend awards, and establish effective cost monitoring systems to optimize resources and expenditures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare labor and material cost estimates

• Read blueprints and specifications accurately

• Conduct economic feasibility studies for projects

• Analyze tenders and make award recommendations

• Set up cost monitoring systems for project tracking

Requirements:

• Secondary school graduation certificate required

• 1 to less than 7 months of relevant experience

• Strong client focus and organizational skills

• Ability to liaise with various stakeholders

• Flexibility and a proactive attitude towards work
