Position: Full-Time Construction Estimator

You will be tasked with preparing estimates from project documentation while also conducting quantity take-offs. Collaboration with contractors and internal teams is crucial, as is the ability to analyze costs and provide effective tendering advice. Competency with AutoCAD and advanced Excel skills are integral to this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and submit comprehensive cost estimates

• Analyze bids and advise on tendering processes

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years estimating experience

• Proficient in estimating software and MS Excel
