DCM Metal Corp. is looking for a Construction Estimator to prepare estimates and review project drawings in Etobicoke. You’ll engage in tasks such as client presentations, economic feasibility studies, and project documentation. The role requires proficiency in CADD software and a strong understanding of construction specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed labor and material cost estimates

• Create submissions for client pre-qualifications

• Read blueprints and specifications accurately

• Operate CADD and related software systems

• Provide economic feasibility studies and preliminary project estimates

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field

• 3-5 years of construction estimating experience

• Authorized to work in Canada

• Strong communication skills in English

• Willingness to work on-site in Etobicoke
