Fermar Paving Limited is seeking a Health and Safety Officer to support the VP of Risk Management. This role requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in safety within the construction sector. You'll focus on compliance with safety regulations, conducting site inspections, and developing health and safety programs to ensure employee safety across projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent health and safety interests among all stakeholders

• Ensure compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act

• Conduct site audits and recommend corrective actions

• Organize and lead safety committee meetings

Requirements:

• Post-secondary degree in Occupational Health and Safety
