This position requires weekend availability to support our clients effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service in person and over the phone

• Assist clients in choosing storage solutions and sizes

• Conduct facility tours and complete rental agreements

• Manage client inquiries and update the database

• Promote and sell retail moving supplies and accessories

Requirements:

• High school diploma; post-secondary education is a plus

• Previous customer service, retail, or sales experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn

• Ability to work weekends regularly
