We’re looking for Lead Basketball Coaches / Youth Coach Managers to join our team.
Qualifications- Passionate about working with and engaging young children and youth.
- Managerial experience in youth sports is a must.
- Availability on weekday evenings and weekends.
- Reliable and professional.
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and outgoing personality who enjoys working with children, parents, and co‑workers.
- Able to be playful, fun, and imaginative with children.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with children and deliver feedback to parents.
- High energy individual who is physically fit and able to coach young children and youth for 2+ hours.
- Available to work through Summer and Winter seasons.
- Access to a vehicle for work purposes.
- Managerial experience in youth sports, managing coaches, overseeing youth coaching sessions.
- Experience marketing and growing youth sports programs.
- High preference for experience in fun youth sports environments.
Compensation: $24-27 p/h
