Part-Time French Educator VMA

Vincent Massey Academy is in search of a dedicated French Educator for the 2026–27 school year on a 10-month contract. This role involves teaching students from Kindergarten to Grade 6 on Tuesdays and Thursdays, focusing on effective communication and cultural exploration. Successful candidates will be expected to provide a nurturing environment that supports student growth and inquiry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver lessons that prioritize individual student growth

• Align curriculum with the Curriculum Director

• Differentiate assessments to suit student needs

• Update students’ progress as per program requirements

• Collaborate with faculty to enhance student learning

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution

• Strong proficiency in the French language

• Registration with Ontario College of Teachers is a plus

• Familiarity with French AIM Language Learning program

• Experience in managing classroom dynamics and instructional engagement
