Position: Toddler Directress Opportunity
Become a key educator at Petite Luminaries Montessori, a newly opened school in Etobicoke. As a Toddler Montessori Directress, you will inspire children and support their learning journey.

Beginning September 2026, this full-time position requires a Montessori Diploma and ideally, previous experience in a classroom setting. You will guide toddlers through tailored learning experiences, uphold CCEYA compliance, and work closely with parents to communicate progress and development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sustain a nurturing and engaging Montessori classroom environment

• Facilitate the Montessori curriculum, focusing on independence

• Ensure compliance with relevant licensing requirements

• Collaborate and communicate with parents about child learning

• Observe and assess children's progress regularly

Requirements:

• Montessori Diploma (MACTE-accredited or AMI-recognized)

• Preferred Registered Early Childhood Educator (RECE)

• Minimum of 2 years Montessori experience

• Familiarity with CCEYA and Ontario learning frameworks

• CPR & First Aid certification mandatory
