Position: Planner (Dispatcher)
SUMMARY OF THE ROLEDispatcher (Planner)
Salary Range- $70,000 - $85,000

Are you able to bring clarity to complex situations and meet customer expectations? In a dispatcher (planner) role at Mammoet, you’ll have responsibility for ensuring there is a practical, organized method of executing engineering plans. You will need to establish the most effective way of coordinating all moving parts, and also be able to think on your feet if things change.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOINGTaking responsibility for developing appropriate execution plansFocusing on the mobilization and demobilization of personnel and core project equipmentSchedules crane, operators and rigging to projectsProcess crane requests and enters order into SAP (planning software), Complete daily dispatch report.Complying with local legislation, internal procedures and guidelinesAchieving optimum resource utilization to execute the workEnsuring work can be carried out safely and efficientlyRequired to be on call on a rotating basis with other dispatchersWHAT YOU’LL NEEDHigh school diplomaCompleted courses in dispatch, logistics, or planning is an assetMinimum of 3-5 years managing of a large crane / transportation fleetWorking knowledge of regulations in various districts, provinces and statesProfessional level experience with OPS systems and MS Office suite.
