Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed property condition assessments and document reviews

• Write precise reports after site evaluations

• Prepare cost estimates for identified repairs

• Engage in reserve fund studies and pre-construction surveys

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of relevant PCA experience

• Solid understanding of ASTM E2018 Guidelines

• Familiarity with the Condominium Act, 1998

• Bachelor's in Engineering or relevant diploma

• Physically capable of conducting on-site assessments
