Shape communities with Graham as an HSE Administrator on a heavy rail project in Etobicoke. Lead health and safety initiatives while enhancing industry compliance across the site.
Graham is seeking an HSE Administrator for its Ontario Division to support health and safety programs. This role reports to the HSE Supervisor, ensuring a safe work environment while engaging with entering personnel. Candidates should have strong experience in HSE management systems and compliance to effectively contribute to safety and risk mitigation.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead safety programs ensuring compliance on-site
• Conduct orientations and deliver HSE training
• Analyze safety trends and maintain records
• Provide safety updates and maintain client relationships
• Monitor site conditions and support continuous improvement
Requirements:
• Occupational Health & Safety diploma or equivalent
• National Construction Safety Officer designation required
• 1+ years in safety with ICI or rail experience
• Strong proficiency in MS Office and reporting tools
• Knowledge of incident investigation and compliance
Lead safety initiatives at Graham, ensuring best practices and client engagement on critical projects.
