Building Consultant

Insight Global is looking for a Building Consultant to join a leading insurance company, while servicing the GTA. This role is ideal for someone with hands‑on experience conducting commercial building inspections, evaluating building systems, and preparing high‑quality technical reports. You’ll play a key part in helping clients understand the condition, performance, and risks associated with their properties.

• 4+ years of experience with commercial building inspections
• Must be familiar with the Building Condition Assessment, but specifically Property Condition
• ASTM E2018
• Experience with capital planning and reserve fund studies
• Has their Working At Heights certification

• P. Eng background is desired or pursuing their P.Eng
• Knowledge of building codes
• Has a building science background
• Has a college degree in architecture

We may use artificial intelligence tools to assist with the screening, assessment, or selection of potential applicants for this position.

Pay: $50,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
