Continuous Improvement Engineer

In this role, you will report to the Continuous Improvement Leader and spearhead initiatives aimed at enhancing overall operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include implementing standard work practices, conducting assessments, and introducing problem-solving systems within a high-growth environment. You will drive change and foster a continuous improvement culture by collaborating closely with the Bakery Leader and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement standard work and communication boards

• Conduct daily leadership rounds for coaching

• Analyze performance and financial data for insights

• Lead continuous improvement project teams

• Educate team members on CI culture

Requirements:

• Completed education in Engineering or related field

• Lean Six Sigma training preferred

• Experience in food manufacturing is an asset

• Strong analytical and communication skills

• Valid G Driver's License and willingness to travel
