Key Responsibilities:

• Support individuals in home and community settings

• Utilize communication techniques to relay essential information

• Assist with personal care, hygiene, and meal preparation

• Help develop individual goals and support program development

• Maintain documentation and records for client care

Requirements:

• College diploma in related human services field

• Experience with developmental disabilities and mental health

• Proficiency in American Sign Language (ASL)

• Valid Class G driver’s license and reliable vehicle

• Clean driver’s abstract and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
