In this Part Time role, you will assist customers by interpreting their optical prescriptions and recommending suitable frame and lens combinations. Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in understanding visual needs and prescriptions
• Provide tailored guidance on frame and lens choices
• Conduct quality assurance checks on eyewear
• Educate customers on current promotions and products
• Resolve complaints effectively and manage after-care
Requirements:
• Valid Dispensing Optician License in Ontario
• At least 2 years in customer service, preferably optical
• Excellent organizational skills in a retail setting
• Friendly and knowledgeable customer interactions
• Legally eligible to work in Canada
