Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to deliver exceptional service

• Manage bookings, inquiries, and payments efficiently

• Reconcile payments and maintain accounts receivables

• Support the clinic director with reporting and billing

• Oversee and train the client experience team

Requirements:

• Previous customer service experience in health or fitness

• Familiarity with billing and invoicing processes

• Strong communication skills for client interaction

• Flexibility for morning and afternoon shifts

• Detail-oriented with effective multitasking abilities
