This six-month temporary role requires dedication and precision in delivering quality laboratory results. As a Medical Laboratory Technician, you will ensure proper specimen handling and conduct both manual and automated tests under the supervision of a medical laboratory technologist. Your attention to detail will directly impact patients' lives and the quality of care we provide.
Key Responsibilities:
• Carry out diverse lab work efficiently and accurately
• Handle specimen data entry and triaging
• Perform manual and automated testing under supervision
• Ensure compliance with Quality Assurance standards
• Maintain a clean and safe laboratory environment
Requirements:
• High School diploma and MLPAO certification
• Familiarity with APX and Intr Lab systems
• Strong understanding of Quality Assurance processes
• Collaborative skills in a fast-paced environment
• Instrumentation experience preferred
