Job Description

BMO is currently sourcing for a Technical Recruiter position on a 6 - month contract.

A collaborative team of 20 recruiters and 3 sourcing specialists managing a large portfolio of roles. There will be training provided, but employees are empowered to work independently with autonomy and accountability of their day to day.

Here are some of the key requirements and responsibilities included in this role:

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE (but are not limited to):

• Responsible for end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates, short-listing, and offer management. Candidate will also ensure accurate documentation of the process.

• Candidate must have outstanding communication skills and the ability to manage both the candidate and hiring manager experience.

• Candidate will collaborate with a senior recruiter to support a large growth portfolio of technical roles for the Channels Technology group.
