Hire Art is helping our client find an experienced Triage Analyst to collaborate with the Autonomy and Operations teams in reviewing events of interest, collected from real-world driving and simulation, and annotating them with contextual information guided by the client’s Triage Policy and Guidelines.
In this role, you will use data visualization tools to annotate events and categorize them by issue type and priority, per the Triage Policy. Additionally, you’ll assemble and present performance reports on the self-driving system using Triage data.

We’re looking for candidates who can process detailed guideline documentation and utilize various review tools, including video, textual, and numerical data, to accurately categorize AV events. The ideal candidate has experience with 2D/3D visualization tooling as well as G Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides).

This role is on-site; candidates MUST be located in the Pittsburgh, PA area.


As a Triage Analyst, you will:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review events of interest from real-world driving and simulation.
  • Annotate events with contextual information in line with the Triage Policy and Guidelines.
  • Use data visualization and review tools (video, textual, and numerical) to categorize events by issue type and priority.
  • Assemble and present performance reports on the self-driving system using triage data.
  • Requirements

  • At least 1 year of prior experience in a triage role
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret detailed operational guidelines and apply them to workflows
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a collaborative, operational team environment
  • Experience analyzing data to produce quantitative and qualitative reports
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely
  • Proficiency with G Suite tools (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
  • Previous experience as a triage or annotation/labeling analyst in AV or robotics is preferred
