Senior Voice Systems Specialist

As part of the Technology Services division, you will manage voice networks and applications to improve operational efficiency. Your expertise in Cisco solutions will be vital in delivering high-quality services and addressing user inquiries. You will work closely with developers and perform system evaluations to optimize performance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assess and optimize voice system performance and capacity
• Collaborate on application implementations following project management principles
• Manage installation and support of voice enterprise technologies
• Conduct research on hardware and software solutions
• Train users and resolve application-related issues
Requirements:
• Relevant post-secondary education and experience
• Proven background in telecommunications and voice support
• Familiarity with Centrex and cloud-based calling platforms
• Valid Ontario Class “G” driver’s license
• Strong communication and report writing skills
