  • Architect and deliver solutions for Microsoft Defender XDR, Purview (Information Protection & Compliance), Teams Phone, Sentinel, and Active Directory / Hybrid Identity across Microsoft 365, Azure, and on‑prem environments.
  • Design and implement:
    • Defender XDR protections, threat hunting, and incident response integrated with Sentinel.
    • Purview capabilities including sensitivity labels, DLP, eDiscovery, Records Management, and Insider Risk.
    • Teams Phone solutions (Direct Routing, Operator Connect, E911, call queues, auto attendants, and migrations from legacy PBXs).
    • Microsoft Sentinel SIEM solutions using KQL, analytics rules, automation playbooks, and cost-optimized ingestion.
    • Active Directory & Hybrid Identity architectures including Entra , AD Connect, Conditional Access, MFA, GPOs, and AD security models.
  • Define security, identity, compliance, and collaboration strategies; deliver roadmaps, assessments, and remediation plans aligned to industry frameworks.
  • Own the full project lifecycle: kickoff, architecture, deployment, troubleshooting, documentation, and customer handover.
  • Act as a trusted technical advisor, primary customer contact for escalations, and liaison with vendors when required.
  • Contribute to internal best practices, reusable IP, mentoring, training, and standardized service offerings.
What you need to succeed

  • Excellent communication skills across technical and business audiences, with strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., SC 200/300/400, MS 700, AZ 500) or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as ISO 27001, SOC 2, PCI, HIPAA, or GDPR.
