This integral role supports the technology that drives a small yet growing business. Reporting to the IT Director, you will lead diverse IT operations, from application support to infrastructure maintenance. This position allows for professional growth while directly contributing to the team’s success through IT project management.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver Tier 2/3 support for business applications
• Maintain network infrastructure and performance
• Administer user management in Microsoft 365
• Triage security issues and manage the phone system
• Steer IT upgrade projects effectively
Requirements:
• 8+ years of IT systems administration experience
• Extensive knowledge of Microsoft 365 and ERP systems
• Proven ability in network and server management
• Familiarity with security operations and best practices
• Experience with AI tools and automation in IT systems
