Key responsibilities:
Lead the Technology Portfolio Management and Program Office to build capabilities and manage a multi-year portfolio Translate business strategy into an integrated portfolio with clear priorities and success measures Establish a single view of portfolio health, delivery timelines, and risks across the organization
Required qualifications:
Significant leadership experience in technology portfolio management or a comparable enterprise delivery function Proven record of managing complex, multi-team portfolios in a product-led, digital environment Strong command of portfolio planning, investment governance, and delivery operating models Experience building and developing teams of technical program managers and cross-functional partners Deep fluency with agile and modern product-development practices
