Bilingual Pharmacy Guide

Engaging in high-volume member outreach, the full-time Bilingual Pharmacy Guide will manage outbound calls to assist both English and Spanish-speaking members with medication adherence and health support programs while working remotely. Key responsibilities Manage high-volume outbound phone calls to engage members in medication adherence and health support programs Build trust with members by identifying barriers to care and providing personalized communication Enroll eligible members in pharmacy, financial assistance, and care support programs while documenting interactions accurately Required qualifications 2+ years of experience in a high-volume member-, patient-, or customer-facing role Professional, native-level oral and written fluency in both English and Spanish Demonstrated ability to influence decisions through active listening and personalized communication Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to investigate issues effectively Experience working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
