Procurement Supervisor

Optimize procurement processes as a Procurement Supervisor at a thriving B2B company in Etobicoke, Ontario. Lead a growing team and ensure precise order execution every day.

In this full-time, on-site role Monday through Thursday and remote on Fridays, you'll report to the CFO and guide the Procurement Operations team. As a leader, you will set daily priorities, manage the PO-to-receipt cycle in Epicor Prophet 21, and coordinate logistics. Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Operations, and Finance to ensure all orders meet customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop a procurement team of five

• Oversee purchase order execution and order timelines

• Handle quote requests for Sales and Customer Service

• Manage inventory replenishment within product strategy

• Coordinate logistics and resolve discrepancies

Requirements:

• 3+ years in team leadership within procurement

• 6+ years in purchasing or supply chain roles

• Experience managing $30 million+ procurement spend

• Strong ERP experience with Epicor Prophet 21

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
