We're seeking a Mobile Cleaner II to support a portfolio of commercial and industrial facilities. In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments through a combination of routine cleaning, specialty cleaning, and facility support services.

What You'll Do Routine Cleaning & Facility Care
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards across assigned facilitiesVacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and sanitize common areas, offices, meeting rooms, and other workspacesClean and sanitize washrooms, replenish supplies, and ensure facilities remain fully stockedCollect and dispose of waste and recycling materialsClean interior glass surfaces and entrance areasPerform exterior litter collection and maintain building surroundingsSpecialized Cleaning Services
Deep clean carpets, upholstered furniture, and floor surfacesOperate specialized cleaning equipment, including auto scrubbers, carpet extractors, and floor-care machinesStrip, refinish, polish, and restore hard floor surfacesPerform pressure washing of exterior surfaces and walkwaysComplete high-level dusting and detailed cleaning projectsSupport emergency cleaning and restoration activities related to spills, leaks, flooding, and contamination incidentsRemove snow and ice hazards from walkways and entrances when requiredQuality & Site Support
Conduct quality inspections and site assessmentsDocument completed work through photos and reporting toolsReport facility deficiencies and maintenance concernsAssist with the installation and repair of washroom dispensers and related equipmentCoordinate the movement of cleaning equipment, supplies, and materials between locationsSupport a safe working environment by following all health, safety, and environmental proceduresWhat You Bring Required Experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial, industrial, or institutional cleaning environmentsExperience operating professional cleaning equipment and machineryStrong understanding of cleaning methods, products, and industry best practicesKnowledge of WHMIS and workplace safety requirementsSkills & Attributes
Self-motivated with the ability to work independentlyReliable, organized, and detail-orientedStrong communication and customer service skillsComfortable using smartphones, tablets, and digital reporting toolsPositive attitude and commitment to safetyCollaborative team player who takes pride in delivering quality resultsWhat We're Looking For
