Industrial Maintenance Supervisor

Lead industrial maintenance in Etobicoke with Cintas, using equipment expertise and supervisory experience on a full-time first-shift schedule. Maintain reliable production operations.
As Maintenance Supervisor, you will lead maintenance activities across Cintas facilities. The position covers mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment, while coordinating facility work assignments and preventative maintenance. You will also guide maintenance staff, manage budgets, and develop safety procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Improve functionality and reliability of production and facility equipment
Schedule facility work and preventative maintenance assignments
Develop and implement maintenance safety processes and procedures
Manage budgets, parts suppliers, and service companies
Train, supervise, and mentor maintenance staff
Requirements:
At least five years repairing industrial processing equipment
At least two years of supervisory experience
Knowledge of wiring, electrical components, piping, plumbing, and machinery
Maintenance planning, scheduling, budgeting, and vendor management experience
High School Diploma or GED and blueprint-reading ability
