The Fitness Manager is responsible for developing their direct reports and growing the number of personal trainers net Client gain and serviced hours at their Club. The Fitness Manager must ensure a high standard of professionalism results-based programming and profitability in the Personal Training department. The Fitness Manager is an integral part of successful Club Operations and must strive to create an engaging and motivating environment that attracts and retains both Associates and Clients.

• Recruiting selecting onboarding and developing a successful team of Personal Trainers
• Leading your Personal Training Team through coaching and development toachieve Club Key Performance Indicators
• Managing the Personal Training experience by ensuring all Personal Training sessions are serviced according to Good Life standards
• Managing Personal Training administration
• Working closely with all departments in the club to enhance overall club culture

• Must have current nationally recognized Personal Training certification
• Minimum 1 year Personal Training experience
• Proven success in leading training and motivating diverse teams to achieve performance goals
• Success in achieving individual and team service and sales goals
• Skilled in customer service building great relationships and influencing others
• Passion for helping others and a commitment to personal health and fitness
