Position:
Night Crew Supervisor
This is your opportunity to advance your career in a leadership role. As the Night Crew Supervisor, you will manage the overall performance and functioning of the night crew to ensure that the store is prepared for daily operations and report to the Store Manager.
What you’ll do:
Hire, motivate and mentor Team MembersConduct regular team meetingsCoach and train Team Members to maintain the highest level of productivityHandle Team Member issues as they ariseUphold company policies and procedures including health & safety, food safety and loss preventionMerchandise, manage inventory and schedule to meet financial objectivesImplement initiatives that support company objectivesProvide exceptional customer service to all Team Members, Customers and VendorsWhat we are looking for:
Minimum of 2-years’ experience in a fresh/grocery/dairy/frozen department with Management experience and product knowledgeThorough understanding of financials with a proven track record of delivering on financial targetsStrong computer skills and ability to quickly learn new systemsUnderstanding of Employment Standards, WHMIS, Food Safety and Loss Prevention practicesAbility to role model and inspire behaviour consistent with our valuesStrong coaching and mentoring skillsOwnership to resolve issues with a sense of urgencyEffective communication and listening skillsStrong creativity skills and ability to create eye catching displaysWork Environment:
Work is performed in a store retail environmentMust be available to work evenings, weekends & overnightTravel is required to support off-site eventsWhy join our team?
