client satisfaction Manage portfolio risk and escalation, ensuring timely intervention and effective recovery planning Required qualifications Experience leading delivery performance and profitability of enterprise ERP or business transformation portfolios Proven leadership on large, strategic, complex, or at-risk client engagements Demonstrated expertise in portfolio risk management and engagement recovery planning Experience in mentoring project leaders and developing
project management capabilities Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain Management, or Production/Manufacturing ecosystems
