Seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Representative with experience in label manufacturing. This high-volume, fast-paced label manufacturing facility producing pressure-sensitive labels for customers across food, consumer packaged goods, industrial, and retail markets has built success on speed, accuracy, and long-term customer partnerships.
Compensation
$65,000 – $85,000

Position Description
The role requires someone who can thrives in managing multiple accounts simultaneously, work closely with estimating, prepress, and production to deliver high-quality label solutions on time.
Develop and manage new and existing customer accounts within the label marketIdentify customer requirements and recommend appropriate label materials, adhesives, and printing methodsAct as the main point of contact between customers and internal teams (estimating, prepress, production, and customer service)Manage multiple active jobs in a high-volume manufacturing environmentMonitor order progress and proactively communicate with customersQualifications
3-5+ years of sales experience in label manufacturing.Working knowledge of pressure-sensitive labels, substrates, adhesives, and finishing processesStrong understanding of manufacturing workflows and production constraintsExcellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skillsHighly organized with strong attention to detail
