Material Sorter

Position: Material Sorter ON
Join our team as a Material Sorter in Etobicoke, Ontario, earning $26.38 per hour. This full-time position operates Monday through Friday, 7 am - 4:30 PM, focused on sorting materials effectively.

The Material Sorter role requires no prior experience, making it a perfect entry-point job. You'll inspect materials, sort them accurately, and keep equipment and work spaces clean. Following standard operating procedures, you’ll ensure that the conveyor operates smoothly and efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sort and categorize materials by type and condition

• Maintain cleanliness of the conveyor and sorting area

• Stack and manage boxes as needed

• Feed materials onto conveyors for processing

• Report any safety or equipment issues immediately

Requirements:

• No previous experience needed; training provided

• High School Diploma or GED preferred

• Comfort working across various weather conditions

• Must be able to perform physical and repetitive tasks

• Attend weekly safety and operations meetings
