Bindery Folder Gluer Operator
Key Responsibilities- Set up, operate, and maintain folder gluer equipment to produce folded and glued products according to specifications and customer requirements.
- Monitor production to ensure proper glue application, alignment, and folding accuracy throughout the run.
- Perform changeovers and adjustments efficiently to minimize downtime and optimize machine performance.
- Conduct regular quality checks on finished work to ensure conformance with product and regulatory standards.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and minor maintenance to ensure smooth operation.
- Follow 5S principles and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
- Adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Customer Specific Procedures (CSPs).
- Participate in continuous improvement activities, A3 projects, and process optimization initiatives.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a manufacturing or print finishing environment, with direct experience operating folder gluer equipment.
- Previous experience in a pharmaceutical or GMP-regulated production setting is considered an asset.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and quality assurance capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to set up and fine‑tune folding and gluing machinery.
- Well organized and capable of handling multiple priorities.
- Team‑oriented with strong communication skills.
- Safety‑focused and committed to maintaining high operational standards.
- Experience operating Bobst, Heidelberg, or similar folder gluer machines is an asset.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced production environment.

Job Type: Full‑time
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
