Our client is a manufacturer of RF Technology products and is currently seeking a Reflow Circuit Card Assembler to join their growing team.

The Reflow Circuit Card Assembler is responsible for assembling, soldering, and inspecting printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs) according to engineering drawings, work instructions, and quality standards. This role supports both through-hole and surface-mount assembly processes, ensuring reliable and defect-free products for RF and electronic customer applications.
Responsibilities
Assemble printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs) according to specifications and work instructionsPerform soldering for through-hole and surface-mount componentsOperate reflow equipment and support PCB assembly processesRead and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and assembly documentationInspect assemblies for quality, defects, and proper component placementEnsure all products meet company quality and manufacturing standardsHandle sensitive electronic components with care and precisionMaintain accurate production records when requiredKeep workstations clean, organized, and safeFollow all company safety procedures and quality guidelinesQualifications
Previous electronics assembly or manufacturing experience is considered an assetExperience with soldering and PCB assembly preferredFamiliarity with through-hole and surface-mount technology (SMT) processes is an assetAbility to read and understand technical drawings and work instructionsStrong attention to detail and manual dexterityAbility to work independently and in a team environmentReliable, punctual, and quality-focusedIf you have the skills and experience that we are looking for to be successful in this role please apply online, email or fax your resume to Heather Boreman.
