Our client is a manufacturer of RF Technology products and is currently seeking a Reflow Circuit Card Assembler to join their growing team.

Position Details

  • Position Title: Reflow Circuit Card Assembler
  • Location: Etobicoke, ON (Brown’s Line & Horner Ave area)
  • Shift: Day Shift – Monday to Friday, 7: AM to 3: PM
  • Pay Rate: Starting at data-section-="eq5t" data-start="" data-end="">
    Employment Type: Full-time
  • Probation: Permanent hire after successful completion of 3-month probation period
  • Job Summary

    The Reflow Circuit Card Assembler is responsible for assembling, soldering, and inspecting printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs) according to engineering drawings, work instructions, and quality standards. This role supports both through-hole and surface-mount assembly processes, ensuring reliable and defect-free products for RF and electronic customer applications.

    Responsibilities

  • Assemble printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs) according to specifications and work instructions
  • Perform soldering for through-hole and surface-mount components
  • Operate reflow equipment and support PCB assembly processes
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and assembly documentation
  • Inspect assemblies for quality, defects, and proper component placement
  • Ensure all products meet company quality and manufacturing standards
  • Handle sensitive electronic components with care and precision
  • Maintain accurate production records when required
  • Keep workstations clean, organized, and safe
  • Follow all company safety procedures and quality guidelines
  • Qualifications

  • Previous electronics assembly or manufacturing experience is considered an asset
  • Experience with soldering and PCB assembly preferred
  • Familiarity with through-hole and surface-mount technology (SMT) processes is an asset
  • Ability to read and understand technical drawings and work instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Reliable, punctual, and quality-focused
