Night Shift Packer

In this role at Polytainers, you will report to the Molding Cell Leader and Shift Supervisor. Your key duties include carefully packing parts, inspecting for defects, and performing line clearance during product changes. You will need to collaborate closely with team members while executing various packing tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform packing of production items accurately

• Gather required packing materials at each work station

• Assemble boxes and manage labeling and boxing

• Inspect parts visually and escalate any quality issues

• Keep the packing area organized and complete necessary forms

Requirements:

• Completed high school diploma or equivalent

• 1 to 2 years’ experience in manufacturing

• Proficient in English communication, both verbal and written

• Strong collaboration and team-oriented mindset

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
