Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat patients with acute and chronic conditions

• Develop comprehensive care plans in collaboration with the team

Requirements:

• Valid RN Extended Class registration with the College of Nurses

• 2+ years experience in Complex Continuing Care

• Demonstrated leadership and communication skills

• Proficient in comprehensive patient assessments

• Certification in Basic Cardiac Life Support
