Position: Registered Nurse for Palliative Care

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver holistic patient-centered palliative care

• Collaborate on personalized care plans with team members

• Participate in clinical huddles and case conferences

• Ensure compliance with CNO and Spectrum standards

• Travel within assigned regions to visit patients

Requirements:

• Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Minimum two years nursing experience; palliative care preferred

• Relevant certifications in palliative care considered an asset

• Valid Ontario driver's license and reliable vehicle

• Competence in nursing skills including wound care and pain management
