Palliative Care Registered Nurse

Spectrum Health Care is seeking Registered Nurses to deliver compassionate palliative care in Etobicoke. Join a dedicated team focusing on holistic support and quality of life for patients and families.
In this full and part-time role, you will work under the guidance of the Integrated Care Program Supervisor. Your responsibilities include collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to develop personalized care plans, participating in clinical huddles, and adhering to nursing standards. You will significantly impact patients' palliative care journey by providing comfort, dignity, and security.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate on personalized care plans with the healthcare team

• Participate in clinical huddles and case conferences

• Travel to patients’ residences within the region

• Adhere to nursing standards and policies as mandated

• Deliver holistic care to enhance patients’ quality of life
Requirements:

• Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario

• Two years of nursing experience, preferably in palliative care

• Experience working with palliative care patients

• Valid CPR and First Aid Certificate

• Current police check for vulnerable sector
