Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and plan resident needs collaboratively

• Deliver skilled nursing procedures and medication

• Maintain documentation per standards and regulations

Requirements:

• BScN or equivalent; current RN registration

• Knowledge in geriatric care and nursing processes

• Effective communication skills in English

• Strong teamwork and organization skills

• Proficient in computer applications
