This permanent full-time role starts in August 2026, offering a competitive salary that ranges from $113,683 to $131,376 based on NP experience. Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct comprehensive geriatric assessments for residents
• Lead, coach, and mentor healthcare professionals
• Maintain up-to-date CPR and AIS certifications

Requirements:
• Registration as a Nurse Practitioner in Ontario
• Experience in geriatric assessments
