As a Registered Nurse, you will report to the Director of Care and oversee resident-centered care. This position involves developing care plans, engaging with residents, supervising other staff, and collaborating with healthcare teams to address individual health needs. Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and modify care plans for residents
• Liaise with families and interdisciplinary teams
• Supervise PSWs and RPNs, fostering teamwork
• Monitor and evaluate performance and care delivery
• Conduct health assessments and document care accurately
Requirements:
• Current Certificate of Competence as Registered Nurse
• Basic CPR certification
• Experience in long-term care preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Clear vulnerable sector screen and recent TB test
