Multistate Licensed Telehealth RN

To support virtual Annual Wellness Visits, the full-time Multistate Licensed Telehealth RN will prepare patient charts, conduct assessments via video calls, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations while working remotely across the United States.

Key Responsibilities Prepare comprehensive Annual Wellness Visit charts and conduct virtual patient interactions to gather medical histories Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA, CMS, and organizational policies Identify patient care gaps and communicate findings to providers for improved patient outcomes

Required Qualifications Active, unrestricted multistate/compact Registered Nurse license At least three years of clinical nursing experience in relevant settings Experience managing high-volume patient care in a virtual or telehealth environment Proficiency with EHR systems and telehealth platforms Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a secure home workspace
