Registered Nurse Triage Specialist

Providing telephonic clinical triage and support, the full-time Registered Nurse Triage Specialist will engage with members during night shifts to ensure they receive appropriate care and resources while promoting better health outcomes. Key responsibilities Engage with members via telephone and patient portal to provide clinical advice and direct them to the appropriate level of care Connect members with necessary care services, including primary care, urgent care, and emergency services Monitor clinical chat queues and respond to patient inquiries, ensuring timely and effective communication Required qualifications An active, unencumbered Compact RN license or willingness to obtain additional state licenses A minimum of 5 years of direct patient care experience Prior clinical triage experience in settings such as Emergency Departments or Telephonic Triage

Experience with telehealth services Ability to quickly master electronic medical records (EMR) and virtual communication tools
