Licensed RN

Position: New Jersey Licensed RN
To support patient care initiatives, the full-time New Jersey Licensed RN will perform clinical assessments, coordinate care plans, and advocate for members while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

Assess patients' clinical needs against established guidelines to ensure appropriate care levels and lengths of stay Coordinate and implement care plans, monitoring services rendered and negotiating fees as necessary Document patient care activities accurately and interact with multidisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care

Required qualifications:

Active Unrestricted NJ RN License or active Compact License required Minimum of two (2) years clinical experience High School Diploma/GED required;
Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant experience in lieu of degree Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and knowledge of case/care management principles preferred Basic knowledge of health care contracts and benefit eligibility requirements preferred
