Your technical acumen is vital for managing manufacturing transfers and supporting product launch initiatives. Collaborate with diverse teams to optimize processes and ensure manufacturing efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate technology transfer activities for new product development
• Execute engineering and commercial batches for product readiness
• Perform risk assessments on manufacturing processes and operations
• Support optimization initiatives for product quality and efficiency
• Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project execution
Requirements:
• Degree in chemical engineering, pharmaceutical sciences, or chemistry
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in relevant functions
• Expertise in FMCG manufacturing processes and equipment
• In-depth understanding of regulatory guidelines
• Strong technical writing and communication skills
