Stellantis is hiring a Resident/Quality Engineer to join its Etobicoke team. Applicants should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering with a solid grounding in quality manufacturing practices. This role encompasses investigation and resolution of quality issues, promoting the Stellantis Production Way (SPW), and establishing robust internal and external communication.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the investigation of scrap and machine issues

• Engage with suppliers for quality issue resolution

• Ensure effective communication of critical quality matters

• Foster partnerships to enhance production quality

• Lead evaluations for continuous quality improvement

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in relevant engineering discipline

• Five years of experience in a manufacturing setting

• High level of mechanical understanding

• Strong data analysis and quality process knowledge

• Willingness to work any shift, including weekends
