Met Cap Living is seeking two dedicated individuals for a Resident Manager position. As part of this team, you will perform vital physical and administrative duties to maintain property standards. Key responsibilities include inspecting facilities, managing tenant communications, and coordinating maintenance work while ensuring quality customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect life safety and mechanical systems daily

• Collect and process rental payments efficiently

• Coordinate maintenance and trades for property repairs

• Clean property areas including vacant suites

• Complete required inspections and tenant communications

Requirements:

• Experience in customer service and maintenance

• Basic cleaning and organizational skills needed

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

• Team-oriented approach in property operations

• Effective communication with tenants and vendors
